Individual and Family Counseling
At First Care CMS, we offer outpatient psychiatric services to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors struggling with mental health disorders. Our Board-Certified Psychiatrist can assist individuals with psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Our Outpatient Psychiatric Services offer the same quality of treatment as inpatient programs but with more freedom and flexibility.

Social Skills Training
At 1st Care, we offer Social Skill Trainings to children, adolescents, and young adults to strengthen their ability for meaningful social relationships. Social skills are the foundation for getting along with others, and lacking this critical skill can lead to peer rejection and feelings of isolation, leading to emotional difficulties. Our certified therapist trains clients with problem solving skills, socially appropriate behaviors, healthy relationships, conflict resolution skills, by strengthening fundamental social skills through different environments.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation
At 1st Care, we offer Targeted Case Management Services to assist our clients in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services. Our Board-Certified Targeted Case Management Services are used to locate, coordinate, and monitor necessary, appropriate medical and non-medical services. Our team of Targeted Case Managers offers services to clients with mental health challenges who lack a natural support system providing the necessary coordination of services such as vocational rehabilitation, education, and employment when the services provided enable the individual to function at the highest level. Our Targeted Case Managers offer advocacy and social support services to assist individuals and families with challenging situations to gain access to needed medical, psychiatric, housing programs, legal and community services, and government programs, advocating for their integration into the community.
